With 25 years of Swimming experience and training, instructor Charyl Teal started swimming before she took her first baby steps. Each swimmer is paired with his or her appropriate age-group, and is then taught the fundamentals of swimming techniques and practices for 30-minutes. For Michael Phelps ability, see Wheaties.
